DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INTERVENTION PROGRAM

We offer a group for men that have engaged in domestic violence in their intimate relationships.

This is a 30 week intervention program. Participants will gain an understanding about 10 forms of domestic violenc. The goal of this group is to understand behaviors, intents and attitudes about domestic violence and to learn new skills to help change negative behaviors.

Participants attend a 2 Hour group session (1) day a week for a 30 week period. Groups are held on Tuesday afternoon from 2-4 PM,Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7:30, and on Thursday evenings from 5:30-7:30 PM.

This program is based on The Duluth Model out of Minnisotta.

The group is offered to court ordered individuals as well as individuals that want to change negative behaviors in their intimate relationships.

Groups are run by male and female co-facilitators.
