SERVICES:
Actions Counseling Services offers individual counseling for Depression, Anxiety, Bi-Polar disorder, Adjustment disorders, ADD/ADHD, and other mental health issues.
We also offer couples counseling and family counseling. We work with children and adolescents.

Payments Accepted:
We accept Medical Assistance, Credit Cards/Debit cards and Cash. We will also work with you on a sliding Fee Scale. Call and talk to our staff if you have any questions about payment options.
